Spay & Neuter Stamps
May 2, 2003 5:36 a.m. Friday

From the SPCA's newsletter:

HELP LICK PET OVERPOPULATION--USE SPAY/NEUTER STAMPS THIS MONTH!

Last September, the United States Postal Service issued 250 million commemorative stamps featuring a super-cute puppy and kitten--and a strong spay/neuter message. In honor of Pledge to Use Stamps Month, the American Partnership for Pets (APP) is asking animal-loving Americans to buy and use these special-issue stamps throughout May. Not only will you be spreading the word about the importance of spay/neuter, you'll be contributing to what may be record-breaking sales, should this be the first social awareness stamp to sell out. For more information on the stamps and other commemorative merchandise, please visit APP online here.
