Check out New Jersey's animal friendly license plates. They come in two designs and one of them features characters from Patrick McDonnell's syndicated comic strip "Mutts."
The sales of these special license plates will help fund a state-run animal population control program. The program provides low cost spaying and neutering for pets, and promotes the adoption of animals in New Jersey.
