Location: Taylors, South Carolina (near Greenville, SC)

Description: Fully grown Shih Tzu, mostly white, with some gold and silver and black tips on ears.

"Rhett" was in a fenced backyard with his owner playing on Saturday. She turned her head for a few minutes and he slipped out a recently dug hole under the fence. He was seen being taken into a car by a lady and two children at the W.E. Willis Store near his house a few minutes later. His owner is devastated.
