Small Paws Rescue of Oklahoma has a page, (Old Dogs and Children and Watermelon Wine, on their website, dedicated to stories about owning senior dogs. Even if you don't want to read any of them, at least go look at Gizmo. His is about the third or fourth story down. Is he just not the cutest little dog or what? He looks like a stuffed animal. So adorable.
