There's a small adult female Shih Tzu at Little Rock Animal Services in Little Rock, Arkansas. She weighs about ten lbs and is "wiggly and sweet." Her available date is March 30th and she can be adopted then. Unfortunately, that's the same date she could be euthanized if the shelter needs to make room for more dogs.
UPDATE: She has been adopted!
