I was all set to post about Sophia who had been found by the side of the road after being dragged by a truck but it looks like she has been rescued. Many thanks to the rescue group who pulled her!

It amazes me how dogs can still love people no mateer how cruel they are treated by them. Yeah, Sophia doesn't hold a grudge but I sure do -- I'm sitting here thinking whoever tied her up to that truck should be shot. Anyway...

That's not the official site for animal control. It's run by a volunteer, Ally, to get the word out about the dogs there who deperately need homes. As somebody who used to visit kill shelters once every so often to pick up a dog for a rescue group. I really admire Ally for what she does. I know I couldn't volunteer or work at animal control.
